Crude Oil without momentum, Gold about to lose ground

Oil prices are without any direction, Gold is about to lose ground.

Crude oil

After losses last Friday, Crude oil prices were without any direction at the weekly opening. Small increases in oil prices could be classified as countermovement to the earlier selloff.

Gold

The Gold price lost more than four percent in the last four weeks. The weak US labor market report for September could have pushed the Gold price a little bit.

Nickel

Nickel falls off it’s two-week-high at 10,800 USD per ton on October 3rd. Worries about temporary shortage have dispersed by now.
